Terms & Conditions
Effective October 2026
These terms apply to choreography services booked with Fantasy Quinceañeras. Every booking is also covered by a signed choreography agreement. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
Booking and deposits
A deposit reserves your date. Your date isn't held until the deposit is received.
- Esencial: $200 deposit
- Signature: $200 deposit
- Elite: $300 deposit
- Production: $400 deposit
All deposits are non-refundable, because we limit how many families we take each month and turn other families away once your date is reserved.
Payment plan
- Deposit at booking
- 50% of the package due at your midpoint rehearsal
- Remaining balance due 2 weeks before your event
Changing your date
You may move your deposit to a new date one time, with at least 60 days' notice, subject to availability.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals take place at our studio at 622 W Lake St, Elmhurst, IL. Your package includes a set number of rehearsals. Missed rehearsals aren't refunded, but we provide practice videos so your court can catch up. Extra rehearsals can be added for $200 each.
Promotions and referrals
- End-of-year special: $100 off any package booked by December 31, 2026. One promo code per family.
- Referral credit: $100 credit for each family you refer who books with us.
Pricing
Prices listed on our website may change at any time. The price in your signed agreement is the price you pay.
Participation and safety
Dancing involves physical activity. Participants take part at their own risk and should let us know about any injuries or health concerns before rehearsals begin. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors at all times while at the studio.
Photos and videos
We may record rehearsals and performances to create practice videos and to share our work on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be featured, let us know in writing and we'll respect that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
